Sir, We all accept that Gerry Adams and the Provos arouse strong opinions on all sides, and we have long accepted where Mr Holt's sympathies lie (TV column, September 28th). But we now have to accept, according to Mr Holt, that "The Late Late Show" and Gay Byrne also have total control over (a) the publication date of Gerry Adams's book, (b) the publication date for Mike Murphy's book and (c) the dates for Christy Moore's tour.
