Sir, The Orangemen have been taught a lesson as the result of events at Drumcree and elsewhere. They have been taught that if they collect in large numbers, threaten the well armed forces of law and order (sic), intimidate law abiding nationalists and destroy property, they will get what they demand.
The nationalists, too, have been taught a lesson. They have been taught that they are defenceless against attack, as they have neither police nor army to protect them. Quite the contrary.
