Sir,- Having read Irishman's Diary (November 1st), I've decided to add my name to the list of musicians performing at the Olympia Theatre this Sunday in support of Niall Connolly, Jim Monaghan and Martin McCauley (aka The Colombian Three).
While Mr Myers's codology about "Pedro and the Birdwatchers" was a bit of dangerous fun, the sly innuendo you printed about campaign funding was not only disgraceful but also ironic.
Most of the funding to date has been used to pay for advertisements in The Irish Times, one of Mr Myers's many pay-masters, - Yours, etc., -
