Madam, - Now that Iraq's interim government is restoring capital punishment, it need look no further than its main ally/mentor, the United States, for helpful advice on its specialities in this field including death by poison gas or lethal drugs, hanging, or, in some states, the firing squad. There would be little point in introducing the electric chair, given the erratic local power supply and that a death sentence is supposed to be carried out expeditiously. - Yours, etc.,
