Sir, - As an Ulster Protestant - a member of the Presbyterian Church - I would like to remind my fellow-Protestants in the North that in our Reformist tradition we are bound to obey the law, even when the law is not altogether to our liking. There are few exceptions to this rule except in dictatorships that are morally flawed. The UK and the Republic of Ireland are democratic societies.
