Sir, - If, as it should be, the Government is seriously concerned about the problems and teenage drinking and drug-taking, it should use the vast amount of money being considered for the Taoiseach's "Bowl" to provide sports facilities regionally.
This would have the added advantage of reducing the number of hospital admissions, as young people would have an alternative way of spending their social lives. - Yours, etc.,
