Sir, - Does The Irish Times pay for the cartoon feature known as "Speedbump" by Dave Coverly? I pose the question for the simple reason that I have never seen anything even vaguely interesting or amusing ever commented on. Perhaps they pay you to feature it because I can assure you it is a waste of money, time and space which could be more usefully allocated.
