How can the situation arise, that the conservation-aware Eastern Fisheries Board can ask anglers to return salmon, especially those over 8lb, live to the river, while its boss, the Central Fisheries Board continues, against all conservation good practice, to trap salmon on the river Moy? - Yours, etc.,
