The restaurant was full of afternoon snackers. Do we care any more? Have we lost our way, or has the mobile phone epidemic finally damaged Irish brain cells?

Is there a Government watchdog body? If so, where is the control? Apprehension was once expressed by the tourist board or has that body vanished into the mists of history along with fair play for the consumer?
