Sir, – The Constitution regulates the structures and functions of the principal organs of government (legislative, executive and judiciary) and the relative perspectives of each one to the other.
The courts are obviously rightly protective of their own functions but it must be remembered that the determination of their salaries does not of itself constitute a part any such function. – Yours, etc,
