Red-light suggestion

Madam, - To improve road safety, may I suggest that speed restriction signs indicating a maximum limit of 20 k.p.h. be placed at all traffic-light controlled junctions? At least then, when drivers go through the red lights they might do so at a lower speed. - Yours, etc.,
