Sir, - Thousands of Queen's graduates throughout the world will recently have received their copy of the current issue of the Vice-Chancellor's Letter to Graduates, Queen's regular alumni publication. The magazine contains many interesting articles and news stories, and highlights some of the many achievements of Queen's staff, students and alumni both at home and overseas. The current issue includes exclusive articles by Queen's graduates Nick Ross, on the 30th anniversary of the start of "The Troubles", Harvard professor Michael McElroy on our changing climate, and local charity director Andrew Dougal on the mysteries of heart illness. Graduates also get the opportunity to win two free airline tickets to travel anywhere in the world, sponsored by Usit Travel.
Many graduates, however, may not be in receipt of the magazine or other regular news from the university. I would ask all those who have lost touch with Queen's, or who have recently moved address, to contact the Alumni Office (telephone 01232 335322, fax 01232 236618, email alumni@qub.ac.uk) - immediately please, so that our records can be amended. The address is: Alumni Office, The Queen's University of Belfast, Belfast BT7 1NN. - Yours, etc., Gerry Power, Alumni Officer,
QUB, Belfast 7.
