Sir, - I do not understand, why it is considered "racist" and "fascist" by many, for Western governments to protect their borders and enforce their immigration laws. Other countries enforce strict immigration laws and I don't hear the same outrage. Saudi Arabia will not tolerate fellow Arab refugees, Singapore and Malaysia are very tough on illegal immigrants and migrants who overstay their visas, most of whom are from other Asian countries. Indonesia gives food and water to refugees and sends them on their way to Australia, notwithstanding the first country principle. Japan will not give citizenship to people born in Japan of Korean decent. Mexico will not abide illegal immigration of fellow Hispanics from Central America.
When people in Europe, America or Australia call for immigration control, they are vilified as fascists. Freedom of speech has been sidelined in favour of political correctness. - Yours, etc.,
