Sir, - In Quidnunc of last Saturday (November 16th) it is stated that at Dublin Airport on the previous Monday I arranged "a temporary Irish passport" for Mr John Gorman, Chairman of the Northern Ireland Forum, who had arrived at the airport without his passport. This is incorrect. The document which I was able to have issued to Mr Gorman at Charles De Gaulle Airport was a French emergency document entitling him to enter and remain in France for several days. - Yours, etc.,
