Sir, - Whatever about the northern section of the M50 being opened behind or ahead of schedule (letters October 28th and November 6th), what about the southern section.
The start of this, arguably the most important third of the CRing, seems to have receded completely into the mists - due to some selfish individual(s) having their day, no, month, no, year in court.
The delayed start of this section of motorway will add no joy to city centre motorists when the Light Rail Scheme - (above ground, God help us!) - eventually starts. Yours, etc.,
