Madam, - I have just read your opinion piece (March 4th) by Nuala Ahern, headlined "Government dragging feet on cluster bomb ban". I wonder if the foot-dragging has anything to do with the fact that the National Pension Reserve Fund has invested €500 million in five companies that produce cluster bombs - Raytheon (USA), General Dynamics (USA), Eads (Netherlands), 1-3 Communications (USA) and Thales (France). - Yours, etc,
