Sir, Having digested a recent Kevin Myers article on the superb - but gigantic - dinner he consumed at Guy Savoie's restaurant in Paris may I suggest that Kevin donate his liver to this sui generis (his words) restaurant. No doubt on hearing this wonderful news Guy Savoie will, for free, feed Kevin as much and as often as is possible. His liver having grown to grand proportions will on his early death (presumed) be served by Guy Savoie as foie gras - Myers Irlande. A fulsome tribute to Kevin, but has he got the. . .? - Yours etc.,
