Madam, – A regular shuttle bus service connecting St Stephen’s Green Luas stop with Tara Street Station, Busáras and Connolly Station would connect both Luas lines with the Dart, plus national bus and rail services. It seems such an obvious solution while Dubliners are waiting for the full Transport 21 plans to be implemented, why doesn’t it exist? – Yours, etc,
