Madam, - Scoop! The National Parks and Wildlife Agency has added two new species to the list of Ireland's birds. Appearing in the Government Notice of Tuesday, June 17th, allowing the control of "certain wild bird species by airport authorities", are "Lesser Black-headed Gull and Greater Black-headed Gull".
