Sir, - Is Fingal County Council the Glenn Hoddle of local authorities or is its behaviour widespread? It has advertised that the new proposed development plan for the area will be on display this week in Howth, with one of its staff available to explain it. Fine, you may think, unless you are disabled or old and feeble.
Firstly, a week is far too short for the population of Howth; but more importantly, the display is in a venue that is totally inaccessible.
