Sir, - We are constantly being asked to give a blood donation. In view of the ongoing reports regarding the Blood Transfusion Service, perhaps many of us require greater encouragement in this area.
I feel it would help greatly if we were to see our Minister for Health, Mr Martin, and indeed some medical personnel giving a little of their own blood.
