Sir, - I have been reading with interest your paper's reports on Wicklow County Council's consideration of its Draft Development Plan and in particular I refer to your report (March 13th) in which you referred to the 77-acre site which was re-zoned for an industrial estate in Kilpedder. The report stated that "the re-zoning came about despite objections from council planners and some councillors . . ." I respectfully point out that 10 councillors voted against the re-zoning, of whom I was one. Twelve councillors voted in favour and the zoning was carried by a very narrow majority. - Yours, etc.,
