Madam, – Earlier in the year an ’09 car was a rare sight. About a month ago I became aware of seeing more. While driving to Dublin recently I decided to do a little survey with interesting results. I continually counted cars coming in the opposite direction, noting when a ’09 car came. Over three different counts this rather basic survey yielded results that a ’09 car averaged out as one in 15, one in 20 and one in 22 cars. This looks as if the motor dealers should be smiling more! – Yours, etc,
