A chara, - Travellers to places like Cork, Limerick, Waterford or anywhere in Munster should note that if they are on the Templeogue roundabout in Dublin, they should follow the M50 north directions. Only if they wish to end up like me, going round and round the mulberry bush in places like Rathfarnham or Ballyroan should they be seduced by such signs as "southbound" or M50 South.
With life so dull and predictable, isn't it lovely to come across a statutory body like South Dublin County Council which can show us an alternative way. East is east and west is west, but for SDCC north is surely south. - Yours, etc.,
