Madam, - Gerry OMalley (June 15th) writes that the bull-running in Pamplona is "all fun and enjoyed thoroughly, even by the humans who get a few thumps". One should remember this is the 10th anniversary of the tragic death of an American tourist, Matthew Tassio, at this so-called fun event. The bull-run in Pamplona, romanticised by the writings of Ernest Hemingway, has taken 13 lives since 1924.- Yours, etc,
