Sir, - I think that you owe it to the public to correct a regular inaccuracy in your newspaper. When drugs are mentioned you treat alcohol as if it were not a drug. You talk of "alcohol and drugs", when you should say "alcohol and other drugs".
As you know, alcohol is a mood-altering drug, and to describe it as you do gives credence to what the manufacturers of this drug would have us all believe, that it is less harmful, even benign. - Yours, etc.,
