Madam, - The fact that seems to have escaped Charles Latvis is that those who protest at the ongoing conflict in Iraq are not doing so in order to advance the case against American actions but rather to advance the case of the suffering Iraqi people. Strangely enough, it seems that to take a pro-Iraqi stance today is synonymous with taking an anti-American stance. - Yours, etc.,
