Sir, – My congratulations both to Aer Lingus and Dublin Airport Authority on driving passenger health and wellbeing. Twice within one week I arrived on a late flight into Dublin, the aircraft parked at Terminal 1, passengers had to walk to Terminal 2 to collect baggage, then outside, walk another mile via the old carpark to pick up the long-term carpark coaches which are not allowed to pick up from T2. Wonderful planning. Who got a salary to devise this healthy route? – Yours, etc,
