The impression may have been given by a headline “Barristers make informal inquiries about bankruptcy”over an article in yesterday’s edition, that a number of barristers have made inquiries to the Bar Council as to their position if they were made bankrupt. The Bar Council has confirmed that no such inquiries, formal or informal, have been made to it by any barrister.
