It was reported in the editions of October 18th 19th that the FAI and not Giovanni Trapattoni cancelled the press conference due to take place the day after the match against the Faroe Islands. Mr Trapattoni has confirmed in an email supplied by the FAI that the decision was his.
An entry in ‘What’s On Today’ in last Thursday’s edition said in error that a concert would take place in St Patrick’s Church in Dalkey tomorrow. The concert is on next Sunday, November 4th at 7.30pm.
