Corrections and clarifications:Friday, March 6th, 2009
An article in last Wednesday’s edition, concerning proceedings in the Commercial Court, stated that ACC Bank is taking proceedings against Séamus and Eugene McKenna. The bank has not instituted proceedings against them.
An article in yesterday’s edition which stated that “the North’s economy . . . will remain the UK region least affected by the global recession” inadvertently carried a headline “North less affected than UK by recession”.
The Law Matters page in last Monday’s edition carried a photograph of Alison Obernick, who was presented with her parchment by the Law Society. The photo caption misspelled her name.
