Barringtons Hospital in Limerick has pointed out that it is a private hospital treating large numbers of patients.
An article on February 10th, quoted a Sinn Féin source as saying that Christy Burke, Independent candidate in Dublin Central, missed the first week of the election as he was away on a cruise. Mr Burke has pointed out that he was not on any cruise and that he has been canvassing since the election was called.
