An article in some early editions yesterday headed "Former mediator in peace talks criticises SF on policing" reported a debate on BBC Northern Ireland on whether nationalists should now join the new police service. Three of the four speakers were reported, but the remarks of Mr Pat Fahy, a solicitor in Omagh, were omitted. He opposed the motion on the basis that outstanding issues have not been resolved.

An article on August 24th headed "ILDA member brings Iarnrod to court" stated that an ILDA member facing disciplinary proceedings took the company to court under agreed company procedures. In fact, he used Section 20 (1) of the Industrial Relations Act.
