A 19-year-old man has admitted killing two Polish men in Dublin two years ago.
David Curran of Lissadel Green, Drimnagh pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to the manslaughter of Pawel Kalite (29) and Marius Szwajkos (27) on February 23rd, 2008 on Benbulben Road in Drimnagh.
However the State has not accepted his plea and a jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court to try him for the men’s murder.
