London - One of the US defence lawyers of British nanny, Ms Louise Woodward, yesterday denied claims she had said she now believed Ms Woodward was guilty of manslaughter.
Ms Elaine Whitfield Sharp (44) allegedly made the comments to a police officer who arrested her for drunken driving in Massachusetts last Friday night. Appearing in court yesterday, Ms Whitfield Sharp pleaded guilty and agreed to undergo alcohol counselling, serve a year's probation and pay fines.
