A woman (35) was fatally injured when the car she was driving collided with a vehicle on the main Dublin-to-Cork road yesterday.
The crash happened at Ballinrush, Kilworth, Co Cork, at about 11.55 a.m.
The woman was removed to the Cork Regional Hospital where she was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
The three occupants of the second vehicle were seriously injured and are being treated at the hospital.
