A verdict of accidental death was recorded on Phyllis Brady (88) who was found in the hallway of her home at Drimnagh Road in Crumlin having collapsed and died from smoke inhalation on July 12th last year. Dublin Coroner’s Court heard from her niece that she lit candles despite warnings.
