Gardaí are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash in Co Carlow this morning in which a man in his sixties died.
They would particularly like to talk to a man in a dark tracksuit, who was walking or jogging in the area around the time of the crash. The man was on the left hand side of the road and walking or running in the direction of Bagnalstown from the Leighlinbridge direction.

The two-vehicle collision happened on the N9 at Killinane, Leighlinbridge, Co.Carlow at about 7.25 am.
The victim was driving one of the cars. The female driver and a passenger in the other car were taken to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny.
The road is expected to be closed for examinationfor a number of hours. Diversions are in place at Royal Oak and Leighlinbridge.
