Dublin: as on Sunday to will close O'Connell Street from Middle Abbey Street to Parnell Street, Parnell Street from Moore Street to O'Connell Street and Parnell Square from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Diversions will apply. Road-widening works near the Palmerstown, Lucan and Nass Road exists will affect all southbound traffic on the M50 at the tollbridge over the weekend.

Work on the Swords QBC will affect traffic along Beaumont Road, Drumcondra Road Lower, Collins Avenue and Swords Road.

George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, will be closed to traffic until July 23rd between the junction of Park Road and Glenageary Road Lower, due to water mains replacement.

The North Clondalkin QBC will affect traffic along Cornmarket/Lamb Alley, Thomas Street, James's Street, Sarsfield Road/Ballyfermot Road, Grattan Crescent, Meath Street and Francis Street. Work on the South Clondalkin QBC is affecting Werburgh Street, Nicholas Street, Patrick Street, Bride Street Crumlin Road and Drimnagh Road. Andrew Street is reopened from Church Lane to Trinity Street.

The junction of Bedford Row, Fleet Street, Anglesea Street and Temple Bar will be closed until Monday.

Cork: Anderson's Street is closed. Traffic on Anderson's Quay has been reversed to flow from Michael Collins Bridge and Brian Boru Bridge.

Ongoing roadworks affect Washington Street, Beaumount Drive, Ardcullen, Fairfield Avenue, Springfield Estate, Greenhills Estate and Churchfield Avenue. Coach Street, Peter Street, Broad Street and Mill Road are closed.

Kildare: Johnstown Village is closed to through traffic until Monday. An alternative route is the N7 through Naas.

Laois: Delays on the Borris road in Portlaoise due to pipelaying work.

Meath: Major roadworks are ongoing on the N4 between Enfield and Kilcock. Work will finish at 2 p.m. on Friday for the weekend rush, but speed ramps will be in place.

Waterford: Delays on the N25 at the Mall due to drainage work.

Aer Rianta: More than 260,000 passengers are expected to pass through Dublin Airport during the bank holiday weekend.

Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time to comply with security and check-in regulations.

Bus Eireann: Bus Eireann will carry up to 100,000 passengers on Expressway and provincial services over the holiday weekend. Additional buses to operate on Friday, Saturday and Monday.

The Sunday service will operate as normal with some alterations and cancellations. There may be some changes to Monday's timetable. Please check with information desks.

Iarnrod Eireann: In addition to the regular weekend timetable, some 20 extra trains will operate to service the 200,000 passengers Iarnrod Eireann expects to carry. Normal DART services will run over the weekend with a special timetable similar to Sundays on the Bank Holiday Monday. No suburban trains will operate on Monday between Dublin and Arklow, Kildare and Maynooth. There may be some changes to Monday's timetable. Please check with information desks.
