Croydon Avenue is closed until July 1st, while Castle Street will be closed for the next 22 weeks for work near the junction of Werburgh Street and Christchurch. Thomas Court off Thomas Street will be closed for two weeks for environmental work, while Wicklow Street and Clarendon Street will be closed for the next week to allow for pavement and environmental works.

Development works will close Sycamore Street in Temple Bar until the end of next month.

Expect major disruptions on the Dundrum Road for the remainder of the month, where roadworks are being carried out. The Swords Road will have lane restrictions outbound this week between the Regency Hotel and Collins Avenue, but evening traffic will not be affected. There will also be roadworks between the junctions of Mobhi Road and the Swords Road on Griffith Avenue.

There are roadworks relating to the Malahide quality bus corridor at the Artane roundabout and the junction of Malahide Road and Fairview Strand. St Brigid's Road will be closed until the end of Aug ust from St Brendan's Avenue to Artane roundabout.

Drivers should approach the Nine Arches section of the Milltown Road with care as a new traffic layout has been introduced. Delays should be expected in Killiney as a section of Church Road is closed between Ballybrack Village and the dual carriageway. A section of Raheen Park is closed until August 5th.

Mill Lane in Dublin 8 is closed for the next three months, while a section of Woodwall is closed between the junction of Woodwall Road and Westmanstown Road for pipe-laying. Traffic for both roads will be diverted.

Leinster

Shaw Bridge in Kilcock, Co Kildare, will be closed to heavy commercial vehicles until the end of August. Commuters from Kilcock to Clane or Naas should use an alternative route via Maynooth and Barberstown Cross. The coast road between Blackditch and Hunters Hotel in Co Wicklow, will reopen this weekend.

In Meath, sewerage works will close a section of the Kenstown, Navan Road, for the next six months. Alternative routes will be signposted. Delays are being experienced at Killineer, north of Drogheda and between Reddypenny and Dundalk on the N52. A section of Shop Street in Drogheda will remain closed until July 18th.

Connacht

In Galway, delays and singlelane traffic are likely due to major roadworks on the Ballymoneen Road. Motorists should use an alternative route if possible. The N59 is closed at Burrishole Bridge between Newport and Mulraney, Co Mayo, for the next three months.

Munster

In Waterford, a new traffic flow has been introduced at Rice Bridge to help inbound traffic to the city. A 300-metre section of the eastbound slip road on the new N25 at Bury's Bridge, Cork, will be closed until Monday. In Mallow, the road between Lombardstown and Gortroe is closed due to a bridge collapse. Severe delays are expected on the N8 in Fermoy until June 19th due to pipe-laying.
