Motorists in Co Kildare were today warned to expect major traffic disruptions as tens of thousands of music fans travel to Punchestown Racecourse.
American super group Jon Bon Jovi will perform at the venue as its takes it Lost Highway World Tour to Ireland.
Gardai have warned fans driving to the concert to made use of park and ride facilities at Goffs and Flood's Cross.
Officers have also advised people to read and follow road signs on the approach to and from the event and obey gardai on traffic duty.
Pedestrian traffic will not be allowed on any routes, while taxis will be directed to park and ride facilities and busses to designated car parks.
Superintendent Patrick Mangan, of Naas Garda Station, said vehicles will not be permitted to park on any of the approach routes to the concert site.
"Parking restrictions will be in place on roads leading to the concert site," he said.
"Vehicles found breaching the restrictions will be towed away and towing charges will be incurred in such cases.
"The Craddockstown Road has been designated as the event emergency route and will be manned at all times for the duration of the event.
"This route will be used by emergency vehicles, residents and officials from Kildare County Council only.
"No other vehicles including taxis, buses etc will be allowed access this route."
