A British teenager goes on trial at Manchester Crown Court today accused of murdering an 11-year-old schoolboy.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has admitted killing Joe Geeling, who suffered from the incurable condition cystic fibrosis.
Joe had gone missing in March after leaving school for his home in Bury, greater Manchester. His body was discovered the following day in a nearby park with multiple stab wounds.
