Birmingham - Two men have been arrested by armed police officers in connection with three linked murders in the London area, including two mothers shot in their homes. The suspects were arrested by officers from the West Midlands Tactical Firearms Unit last night. The victims in the case included mother-of-two Avril Johnson (30) who was shot in the head in June in the south London suburb of Brixton. A few days later mother-of-three Michelle Carby (35) was bound and shot in the head in her home in Stratford, east London.
