THREE men appeared before the Dublin District Court yesterday charged in connection with an incident in which a man died outside a city pub.
Before the court were Mr Martin McDonagh Snr (45), Mr Martin McDonagh Jnr (20), both of St Mary's Park, Finglas, and Mr David McDonagh (43), of St Joseph's Park, Finglas, Dublin.
Mr McDonagh Snr is charged with maliciously wounding Mr Sam Gavin outside a pub on St Helena's Road, Finglas, on November 9th. Mr David McDonagh is charged with maliciously wounding Mr Timothy Joyce outside the same pub on the same date.
All three defendants are charged with possessing hooks, capable of inflicting serious injury during the same incident.
Judge Brian Kirby remanded all three on £10,000 cash bail to appear again before the court on January 29th.
