Two men have died in separate road incidents in Co Cork today.
In the first incident, a man was killed in a two-vehicle collision at 2.20pm on the N22 from Macroom to Killarney in the townland of Mons.
The driver of a car, in his early 50s, died after his vehicle hit a truck. The driver of the truck was uninjured. The road has been closed, and diversions are in place.

Elsewhere, a man in his 20s died at about 6pm when his 4x4 vehicle hit a ditch in the Ballinhassig area.
The victim died at the scene near the townsland of Bawnleigh between Halfway and Kinsale. The road was closed for examination.
