A truck driver has died following a road collision on the N11 in Wicklow.
A man in his 60s was fatally injured at 3.30pm when the truck he was driving left the road and hit a ditch at Scratenagh, about 2km south of Jack White's pub.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Forensic collision investigators are present and diversions are in place.
Both lanes are now closed between Jack White's and the Arklow bypass while southbound motorists are being diverted onto the Coast Road at Jack White's.

In Dublin, a man was seriously injured and several other people were taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle collision in Dublin this morning.
Firefighters had to cut people from a vehicle following the incident, which involved several cars.
The badly injured man was removed to St Vincent's hospital. Three others were also taken to hospital.
The N11/Stillorgan Road has reopened between Donnybrook Church and Nutley Lane.
