RESTRICTIONS
All city centre routes will see restrictions from 5.15pm-6pm and 7.15pm-8pm except for the following:
West City:
R136, Outer Ring Road (N81 Tallaght – N4 Lucan M50 northbound)
M50 motorway; R121 (Clonsilla Road-Westmanstown Road-Lucan) R112 Kylemore Road (Naas Road – Outer Ring Road – N4)
East City
East Wall Road/Dublin Port Tunnel, East Link Bridge, Seán Moore Road, Beach Road
DIVERSIONS
From 9am-8.30pm, a traffic diversion will be implemented on the N4 Eastbound at Junction 7 on the M50 motorway. All city-bound traffic on the N4 and all city-bound traffic from the M50 with the exception of public transport, will be diverted north/south along the M50 to access Dublin city north and south.

Full services will operate across Dart, commuter and intercity, with the exception of the following: there will be some brief suspension of services between Connolly and Pearse between 5.30pm-6.15pm and 7.45pm-8.15pm.
During these times, northside services will operate from Howth- Malahide and Drogheda to and from Connolly station, and southside services will operate from Bray and Greystones to and from Pearse station.
