London - Baroness Margaret Thatcher said yesterday the people who ousted her nine years ago were responsible for the Conservative Party's worst defeat 16 months ago and predicted it would again lose the next general election.
Lady Thatcher, prime minister from 1979 to 1990, dismissed the party leader, Mr William Hague's chances of winning the next election - by 2001 - in an interview for Saga magazine, a publication for the elderly.
