Three men have been acquitted of gang-raping a pregnant woman in her Monaghan home.
The attacks were alleged to have taken place between November 15th and 19th, 2010.
One of the men was found guilty of assaulting the pregnant woman’s partner before the rape was alleged to have taken place. He was remanded on bail until sentencing next Monday.
All three men, who were in their 20s, had pleaded not guilty to all counts.

Mr Justice Barry White thanked the jury and noted such cases were often “distasteful and tough” to listen to.
