Three men appeared in court today in connection with a shooting near Cherry Orchard Hospital in Ballyfermot, Dublin, on Monday night.
David Byrne (26) of Raleigh Square Crumlin, Eugene Cullen (25) of Sundale Villas, Tallaght and Adam Griffiths (20) of Rafters Road, Drimnagh appeared before the Dublin District Court in the Bridewell.
Mr Byrne was charged with assisting somebody to commit an arrestable offence in Palmerstown, Dublin 20.
Mr Cullen was charged with allowing himself to be a passenger in a stolen car, while Mr Griffiths was charged with unlawfully using a car without the consent of its owner
All three were remanded with consent to bail to appear next Thursday at Cloverhill District Court.
They were ordered to follow a number of conditions set by gardaí and granted by presiding judge, Judge Hugh O'Donnell.
The conditions include abiding by a nightly curfew, the surrendering of passports and an order to sign on at local Garda stations.
They must also stay away from each other, not drive a vehicle until the conclusion of the case and must not enter the Dublin 10 and Dublin 20 areas, which include Ballyfermot and Palmerstown.
Applications were also made for legal aid.
The 20-year-old victim, who was shot in the stomach, remains in St James's Hospital in Dublin.
